Owners Patti and John Stevens are Bitterroot Valley natives, and are current residents of Florence. The Stevens' are honored to make Caffé Firenze a part of the Florence community.

Satisfying our guests with an inviting atmosphere, friendly service, and serving delicious meals are and will continue to be our keys to success.  Caffé Firenze is open every day of the week serving breakfast and lunch and open Tuesday thru Sunday for dinner (pizza & pasta for dinner on Wednesdays and Sundays, closed for dinner on Mondays).  

Guests will find Caffé Firenze to be a destination spot where excellence and being unique are commonplace.  Notably, our espresso related products come from Montana Coffee Traders – by far in our opinion the finest roaster of imported organic beans; our Gelato maker & case and Pannini grills are manufactured in Italy; our recipes come from the head of our chef, not some readily available cookbook; our ingredients are fresh… we do not serve pre-packaged meals; our wine choices are imported from small, award winning vineyards in Italy; we offer the choice of dine-in or drive-thru; guests may call ahead for take-out orders… we’ll even call you when your order is ready (273-2923); our staff are neatly dressed and treat everyone as a welcomed guest; and finally, integrity in all that we do on an everyday basis.
