Friday, January 18 & Saturday, January 19 - Classic Southern Cuisine $25
Appetizer Course: Smoked trout cake.
Soup Course: Sweet potato with fresh herbs and cream.
Main Entrée Course: Charred sweet corn grits, winter vegetable slaw, smoked pork chop finished with bourbon gastrique.
Dessert Course: Rustic galette of berries with house-made buttermilk ice cream & toasted walnut.
Beverage: Classic bourbon old fashioned.
Friday, January 25 & Saturday, January 26 - Authentic Mexican Cuisine $25
Appetizer Course: Chicken taquitos - served on a bed of shredded lettuce, queso fresco, drizzled with lime crema & salsa boraccha, Guacamole side.
Soup Course: Pozole - hominy & pork in a tomato guajillo pepper soup, finished with onion, cilantro, tortilla strips, shaved radish & avocado.
Mixed Plate Main Entrée Course:
• Chili Verde - pork in a salsa verde with nopalitos, Spanish rice & pinto beans.
• Seafood Enchiladas - finished with habanero cream sauce.
• Chile Relleno - filled with sautéed mushrooms, leeks & shredded cheese pan-fried finished with bourbon sauce.
